ABC National Television Sales and ProLink Solutions Enter into Exclusive National Advertising Sales Representation Agreement

CHANDLER, Ariz. and NEW YORK, Oct. 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ProLink Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of ProLink Holdings, the world's leading provider of Global Positioning Satellite ("GPS") golf course management systems and on-course advertising, and ABC New Media Sales, a unit of ABC National Television Sales, announced today that they have entered into an exclusive national advertising sales representation agreement.

Under the agreement, ProLink will have access to the ABC National Television Sales (NTVS) team which will sell national advertising on The ProLink Network, ProLink's proprietary Global Positioning Satellite (GPS)-based system, which reaches more than 12 million golfers at 400 golf courses. The agreement, effective immediately, was announced today by Lawrence D. Bain, Chief Executive Officer of ProLink Solutions, and John Watkins, President of ABC National Television Sales.

The ProLink Network provides golfers with state-of-the-art detailed graphics of the golf holes -- depicting yardage to hazards and holes, statistics, streaming sports scores, individual scoring, and other information designed to enrich the golfing experience. ABC New Media Sales is now responsible for selling full-screen, quarter-screen and other advertising opportunities which will be available on 35,000 monitors installed on golf carts in use at 400 U.S. courses.

The representation agreement also provides ProLink with access to the comprehensive national and local sales strategies, and the extensive client and agency relationships, available from ABC New Media Sales and ABC National Television Sales. In addition, ProLink benefits from the ABC rep firm's wide range of research, marketing and promotional tools.

"ProLink's real-time content creates a compelling environment for a captive audience of golfers with the high-end demographics frequently sought by advertisers," said ProLink's Mr. Bain. "We look forward to working with ABC New Media Sales to bring even greater value to our advertising clients as The ProLink Network continues to extend its reach.

"ABC National Television Sales' Mr. Watkins added: "ProLink offers advertisers and their agencies a dynamic out-of-home platform reaching affluent golfers who demonstrate extremely high recall of the advertisements placed on its GPS-based service.

"Through its constantly refreshed content on 10.4-inch golf cart screens, ProLink presents different advertising messages at each hole, offering a clutter-free environment that promotes high recall. Advertising messages are inserted in an unobtrusive way in various sizes and formats depending upon the on-screen content being viewed by individual golfers.

"This agreement represents a major milestone for ProLink as ABC New Media Sales expands our category leadership and introduces the ProLink network to broader segments of the advertising community," said Andy Batkin, CEO of ProLink's advertising division ProLink Media.

Dave Daniels, Vice President and National Sales Manager, ABC New Media Sales, commented: "The ProLink Network has demonstrated an innovative and effective way to target and reach a highly attentive audience of golfers with significant buying power."
