The storage center is located at 14529 Bruce B. Downs Blvd in Tampa and offers indoor storage, climate controlled units, truck rental and a full line of boxes and packing supplies. This transaction marks the twelfth acquisition in the past two months as Amsdell continues to rapidly grow its portfolio of properties under the Compass flag. On June 28, the company entered the greater Cincinnati market with the purchase of a five property portfolio. On July 12, the company purchased 5 self storage centers in the greater Memphis area. On August 1, the company purchased a self storage center in Neptune, NJ. Compass also has locations throughout Florida, Michigan and Pennsylvania.
