The company is in the business of the exploration and development of mineral resource properties in Canada and is currently in the exploration stage on the River Wild Property, located approximately 45 kilometres southeast of Merritt, British Columbia. This property is subject to a joint venture agreement with Ravencrest Resources (CNSX:RVT) and is contiguous to Raverncrest's Siwash Property.
The River Wild property consists of 32 mineral claims, which together with the Siwash property, comprise 123 contiguous mineral claims totalling 19,932 hectares. The Siwash and River Wild Properties have been subject to intermittent exploration and small-scale mining for precious and base metals since the early 1900's.
During December 2010, Ravencrest completed a 496 line-kilometre helicopter-borne electromagnetic survey over the Siwash and River Wild Properties, at a cost of $106,000. For more information on the property, please refer to the NI 43-101 filed on Sedar.com.
Prior to the listing, the company completed a non-brokered private placement of 3 million shares at $0.05, for total proceeds of $150,000. The company has 23.5 million shares outstanding.
