Kelt Exploration Announces Results of Shareholders' Meeting

CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 07/27/15 -- Kelt Exploration Ltd. (TSX: KEL) ("Kelt" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that all matters presented for approval at the annual meeting of shareholders held April 22, 2015 have been fully authorized and approved. A total of 82.4 million common shares, representing 68.4% of the common shares, were represented in person or by proxy at the meeting.

At the meeting, an ordinary resolution to approve fixing the number of directors to be elected at the meeting at five (5), was approved with proxies and in-person votes received as follows:
