On December 18th, 2018, our bank has signed two agreements for funding the
Bank with maturities of (i) 367 days, (ii) 2 years and 1 day and iii) 7
years. The total amount of funding that has been obtained from international
markets corresponds to US$1,3 billion.
In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public
disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.

included in the Board's Communiqué, Serial II Nr.15.1, that it exactly
reflects the information we received; that the information complies with our
