Vivakor Middle East has partnered with R&E Petroleum in Kuwait, which is a KOC approved vendor. R&E will be handling all the construction and personnel needs of Vivakor Middle East in Kuwait and has been a very important partner in preparing Vivakor's patent pending Remediation Processing Center's technology in that country.
