Bogart Group (Euronext Paris - Compartment B - FR0012872141 - JBOG), which specializes in the creation, manufacture and sale of luxury fragrances and cosmetics, has acquired 6 new selective fragrance boutiques in Belgium.
Shortly after the strategic acquisition of the Belgian Group Distriplus, Bogart Group has strengthened its foothold in Flanders via the acquisition of 6 fragrance boutiques belonging to the Pascal/Inverko chain.
This transaction, a modest investment by Group standards, will enable Bogart Group to strengthen its presence in the north of Belgium, a region where it was previously under-represented.
These fragrance boutiques will promptly be rebranded as Planet Parfums, the No. 2 selective retail chain in Belgium. All existing stock will be taken over, together with most of the store staff (19 employees).
Bogart Group now has an enlarged network of 362 stores spanning 5 countries (Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, France and Israel).
On a final note, the opening of the April store at Printemps in Metz is scheduled for this week. As a reminder, this beauty shop-in-shop within the Printemps department store will have a surface area of 160 m² and stock more than 5,000 products.
