VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / July 5, 2019 / Evrim Resources Corp. (TSX.V: EVM) ("Evrim" or the "Company") announces that the board of directors has approved the grant of 1,000,000 stock options to an officer under the terms of the Company's stock option plan. The stock options are exercisable at a price of $0.32 per share for a period of five years.
The foregoing is subject to regulatory acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
