"MegaFon", a pan-Russian operator of digital opportunities ("MegaFon" or the
"Company"), announces that the following resolutions were adopted at the
Extraordinary General Shareholders' Meeting ("EGM") held in the form of a
face-to-face meeting on 23 September 2019:*

elected at the Annual General Shareholders' Meeting of the Company on 28
June 2019
- To elect the Board of Directors of the Company in the following
composition:
