("Prospera" or the "Corporation") (TSXV:PEI)(FRA:OF6A) has granted and issued incentive warrants to the following: 3,000,000 warrants to Samuel David, President and CEO; 2,000,000 warrants to Matthew Kenna, CFO and 3,000,000 warrants to Quanterra Oil & Gas Ltd. These warrants were approved by Resolution of Directors on March 25, 2021.
All warrants noted above are exercisable for a period of five years from the date of issuance at an exercise price of $0.05 per common share.
