Company Ramps Up Government Contract Work Through a Series of International Product Deliveries
AVENTURA, FL / ACCESSWIRE / October 19, 2022 / Safe Pro Group Inc. ("Safe Pro" or the "Company"), a U.S.-based developer of safety and security solutions for people and infrastructure, today announced that it continues to increase its contracted work with various departments of the U.S. Government, recently completing the delivery of satellite-enabled communications equipment valued at approximately $180,000 to the U.S. Department of State.
Following an open, competitive bid process, Safe Pro's Airborne Response subsidiary was selected, procured, and delivered, the required satellite-based telecommunications hardware to the end customer in Africa within only 30 days of receiving the award. This U.S. State Department award is the second international contract fulfilled by the Company in the last 30 days, following the recently completed delivery of demining equipment to the Bangladesh Army. The demining contract included proprietary Explosive Ordinance Disposal ("EOD") suits, Blast containment and Fragmentation Blanket Systems, Body Shields and Disruptors valued at approximately $2,000,000, which were supplied to the Bangladesh Army in support of the United Nations Peacekeeping mission.
