Wetteri is a small cap company within the Consumer Discretionary sector.The Extraordinary General Meeting of Soprano Plc (trading code: SOPRA) on 9 December 2022 approved a directed share issue with which Soprano acquired the entire share capital of Themis Holding Oy, which wholly owned the Wetteri Group. The General Meeting approved the changes to the company's articles of association in accordance with the meeting notice. With the change, Soprano Plc's name changed to Wetteri Plc and the company's industry classification changed to reflect the new classification. Wetteri is the 71st company to be admitted to trading on Nasdaq's Nordic markets* and the 13th on Nasdaq Helsinki in 2022.
