In order to further diversify its funding structure and attract capital for continued business growth, DelfinGroup has launched a cooperation with the Japan-based lending platform Bankers. The initial phase of the cooperation provides DelfinGroup with access to financing of up to EUR 5 million, which is planned to be raised in stages by gradually attracting investments from Japanese investors through the P2P platform operated by Bankers Co., Ltd.
There is no fixed overall repayment term for the cooperation; instead, each tranche of financing will have a maturity of one year. The borrowings are planned to be denominated in euros, with the funding rate determined individually in line with investor demand on the platform. The financing will be unsecured.
