Further re: Receipt of Winding Up Petition
Further to the announcement of 15 July 2026, ADM Energy PLC (AIM: ADME; BER and FSE: P4JC), a natural resource investing company, announces that the hearing of the winding-up petition presented by the Commissioners for His Majesty's Revenue and Customs ("HMRC"), which took place on 22 July 2026, has been adjourned for a period of 56 days.
The petition has been relisted to be heard at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, 16 September 2026 at the Rolls Building, London, under the same case number CR-2026-004486.
Further, at the hearing, HMRC confirmed that the amount it alleges remains outstanding is less than 50 per cent. of the amount claimed in the initial petition. The Company continues to seek to reconcile the amount properly due with HMRC and to agree the terms and timing for payment of any agreed amount.
No winding-up order was made at the hearing.
Trading in the Company's ordinary shares remains suspended from AIM, pending publication of its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025. The Company will make a further announcement without delay upon any material development and, in any event, following the relisted hearing.
