Company announcement No. 18 - 2026.
Donkey Republic today announces that Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Jonas Bech will be stepping down from his position by mutual agreement, effective 31 August 2026.
The decision follows a disagreement regarding the interpretation and implementation of certain incentive scheme terms included in his employment contract. Despite mutual efforts to reach a resolution, the parties were unable to settle the matter, leading to a constructive decision to bring the collaboration to an end.
Jonas Bech will continue in his role until 31 August 2026 to ensure a smooth transition and hand over his responsibilities. Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Thor Möger Pedersen will assume the CFO responsibilities until a permanent successor is appointed.
