WASHINGTON (dpa-AFX) - Apollo Global Management, Inc (APO) on Friday notified individuals that a recent social engineering incident may have exposed some personal information.
The firm said unauthorized access to certain cloud platforms occurred between July 6 and July 10, 2026. Apollo said the potentially affected information includes names, dates of birth, contact details, home addresses and Social Security numbers.
The company said it has found no evidence that the information has been publicly posted or used for identity theft or fraud. Apollo has launched an investigation, notified law enforcement and strengthened security measures. It is also offering affected individuals 24 months of complimentary credit monitoring and identity protection services.
APO is currently trading at $132.49, up $2.51 or 1.93 percent on the New York Stock Exchange.
