("Talisker" or the "Company") (TSX: TSK, OTCQX: TSKFF) is pleased to announce the listing of 13,624,999 common share purchase warrants of the Company (the "Warrants") on the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") as of market open today, under the symbol "TSK.WT.A".
The Warrants were previously issued in connection with the brokered financing completed on March 10, 2026. Each Warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire one common share of the Company at an exercise price of C$2.70 per share until March 10, 2028, in accordance with the terms of the warrant indenture dated March 10, 2026, which is available under the Company's profile at www.sedarplus.ca.
