NORTHVILLE, Mich., Sept. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Cooper Standard (NYSE: CPS) today announced the appointment of Matthew Boddy as senior vice president, chief commercial officer. In this role, Boddy will lead the Company's global commercial organization in both its sealing and fluid handling product lines and will report directly to Jeffrey Edwards, chairman and CEO, Cooper Standard. Based at the Company's world headquarters in Northville, MI, Boddy will also join Cooper Standard's Global Leadership Team and serve as an officer of the Company.

Boddy most recently served as Vice President, Business Development for the Company's Fluid Handling product line where he was responsible for leading global commercial strategy and driving top line growth. In this role, he worked closely with customers and cross-functional teams to support commercial excellence, to strengthen customer relationships and to advance key business priorities across the product line. Prior to joining Cooper Standard, Boddy held roles of increasing responsibility at Nemak, KSS (Key Safety Systems) and Lear Corporation.
Boddy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in management from General Motors Engineering and Management Institute (now Kettering University) and a Master of Arts degree in Economics from Walsh College.
