TRex Bio, Inc.: TRexBio Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering

SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., Oct. 08, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- TRex Bio, Inc. ("TRexBio") (Nasdaq: TRXB), a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on tissue Treg biology for the discovery and development of immunoregulatory medicines, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 8,333,334 shares of its common stock at an initial public offering price of $14.00 per share. All of the shares are being offered by TRexBio. The gross proceeds from the offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses, are expected to be approximately $116.7 million. TRexBio's common stock is expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on October 9, 2026, under the ticker symbol "TRXB". The offering is expected to close on October 13, 2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. In addition, TRexBio has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,250,000 shares of common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
