Tiziana Life Sciences Ltd.: Tiziana Management Team to Attend the 10th Joint ACTRIMS-ECTRIMS Meeting in Toronto

BOSTON, Oct. 21, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Tiziana Life Sciences, Ltd. (Nasdaq: TLSA) ("Tiziana" or the "Company"), a biotechnology company developing breakthrough immunomodulation therapies with its lead development candidate, intranasal foralumab, a fully human, anti-CD3 monoclonal antibody, today announced that members of its management and business development team will attend the 10th Joint Americas Committee for Treatment and Research in Multiple Sclerosis (ACTRIMS) and European Committee for Treatment and Research in Multiple Sclerosis (ECTRIMS) Meeting, known as MSToronto2026, being held October 21-23, 2026, at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre in Toronto, Canada. The joint ACTRIMS-ECTRIMS meeting is a premier international scientific forum uniting researchers, clinicians, and industry leaders focused on advances in multiple sclerosis (MS) and related neuroinflammatory disorders.

Company representatives will be available to discuss Tiziana's clinical programs, including the INFORM-MS trial (NCT06292923) of intranasal foralumab in patients with non-active secondary progressive multiple sclerosis (na-SPMS), ongoing studies in Alzheimer's disease, multiple system atrophy (MSA), and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), and opportunities for scientific collaboration and business development.

"We are pleased to attend and participate in MSToronto2026, one of the most important gatherings in the MS research community," said Ivor Elrifi, Chief Executive Officer of Tiziana Life Sciences. "This meeting provides an excellent opportunity to engage with key opinion leaders, investigators, and potential partners as we advance intranasal foralumab, our novel fully human anti-CD3 monoclonal antibody designed to induce regulatory T cells and reduce microglial activation in neuroinflammatory and neurodegenerative diseases."

About Foralumab
Foralumab, a fully human anti-CD3 monoclonal antibody, is a biological drug candidate that has been shown to stimulate T regulatory cells when dosed intranasally. At present, 14 patients with Non-Active Secondary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis (na-SPMS) have been dosed in an open-label intermediate sized Expanded Access (EA) Program (NCT06802328) with either an improvement or stability of disease seen within 6 months in all patients. In addition, intranasal foralumab is currently being studied in a Phase 2a, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multicenter, dose-ranging trial in patients with non-active secondary progressive multiple sclerosis (NCT06292923), as well as additional Phase 2 trials in AD and MSA.

Intranasal foralumab is the only fully human anti-CD3 monoclonal antibody (mAb) currently in clinical development. Immunomodulation by intranasal foralumab represents a novel avenue for the treatment of neuroinflammatory and neurodegenerative human diseases.[1],[2]
