SAF Tehnika: Audited Financial Statements and Corporate Governance Report of SAF Tehnika for the Financial Year 2025/2026

"SAF Tehnika" publishes its audited consolidated and non-consolidated financial statements for financial year 2025/2026 (from July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026) in accordance with Section 56, Paragraph five of the Law on the Financial Instruments Market.

The Group closed FY 2025/2026 with a profit of EUR 8.58 million (Parent Company: EUR 8.36 million), compared with a loss of EUR 643 thousand (Parent Company: EUR 552 thousand) in the previous financial year.

The profit recorded during the reporting year was attributable to sales growth, including the fulfilment of several major orders, as well as improvements in production capacity that enabled the Group to meet increasing order volumes.

The Group's export accounted for 98.6% of total turnover (Parent Company: 98.4%) and amounted to EUR 50.7 million (Parent Company: EUR 45.06 million). In the reporting year, the Group sold its products in 83 countries around the world.

During the reporting year, the Group continued to develop new products and pursue product development initiatives with shorter implementation timelines. The Group also provided product-related services and continued to develop customized functionality for SAF Tehnika JSC products in response to specific customer requirements.

Although the hostilities in Ukraine do not have a direct impact on the Group's operations, overall uncertainty in the business environment persists. This uncertainty is compounded by the geopolitical situation in the Middle East, including risks related to Iran, which place additional pressure on supply chains and the availability of certain materials. By regularly reviewing procurement volumes and timelines, the company continues to maintain stocks of materials to ensure that most orders can be fulfilled within short lead times. This applies to all SAF product groups - microwave radios, spectrum analyzers, and Internet of Things (IoT) solutions.

During the reporting year, the Group invested EUR 1.5 million in production and research equipment, IT infrastructure, software and licenses, as well as product certification and premises renovation.

Both the Group's and the Parent Company's net cash flow from operating activities was positive during the reporting year. The Group will continue to pursue its chosen strategy of developing competitive wireless data transmission products and solutions, focusing on strategic market niches and developing specialized solutions for these niches.

The Board of the Parent Company proposes to distribute EUR 3 million of the profit for FY 2025/2026 as dividends and retain the remaining profit as retained earnings.
