FRANKFURT (AFX) - Siemens AG's handset operations achieved an operating loss in the first quarter equal to its fourth quarter losses, Handelsblatt reported in a pre-release of an article from tomorrow's edition which cited unnamed industry sources.
Siemens made a 141 mln eur operating loss from mobile sales in the fourth quarter.
A Siemens spokesman declined to comment on the report, the newspaper said.
The electronics and engineering company will unveil its first quarter figures on Thursday.
