SAN FRANCISCO (AFX) -- Wal-Mart Stores Inc. said Friday that employees at its Loveland, Co.-based tire and lube express department voted against union representation for the second time this month. Wal-Mart said the secret-ballot election produced 17 votes against and one vote in favor of the union. Friday's vote comes two weeks after employees at a New Castle, Pa.-based Wal-Mart unanimously voted against union representation, the Bentonville, Ark.-based firm said.
