SAN DIEGO (AP) - Government technology services provider Science Applications International Corp. on Thursday said it received a $39.2 million contract from the Department of Homeland Security to provide security services to U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
The pact, which has a one-year base and four one-year options, requires SAIC to provide certification and accreditation services, security risk assessments, security tests and evaluations, and provide technology policy and administration.
Shares of SAIC added 5 cents to $18.41 in afternoon trading on the New York Stock Exchange.
