LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Centamin Egypt Ltd said the resource estimate at its Sukari Gold project has increased to 9.01 million contained ounces of gold from the 8.26 mln ounces it reported on February 6.
The company said it sees potential for further significant resource addition within the same zones, as drilling continues.
The Sukari project's global resource now stands at 194.42 metric tonnes at 1.44 grams per tonne of gold, it added.
