Trina Solar Limited Prices Follow-on Public Offering

CHANGZHOU, China, June 1 /Xinhua-PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Trina Solar Limited ("Trina Solar"), an integrated manufacturer of solar power products based in Changzhou, China, announced today that it priced its follow- on public offering of American depositary shares ("ADSs") at a price of $45.00 per ADS.

This offering consists of 3,600,016 newly issued ADSs to be sold by Trina Solar and 1,806,264 ADSs to be sold by existing shareholders. Each ADS represents 100 ordinary shares of Trina Solar. Trina Solar has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 810,942 ADSs at the public offering price, less the underwriting discount, within 30 days from the date hereof to cover over-allotments, if any.

Merrill Lynch & Co. is the global coordinator and bookrunner for this offering, Cowen and Company and Deutsche Bank are the joint lead managers, and CLSA Asia-Pacific Markets is a co-manager for the offering.
