PARIS, March 27 (Reuters) - L'Oreal, the world's top beauty products group, plans to reorganise its luxury products division, shifting the production of its Albesa plant in Spain to northern France.
Under the plan, which follows last year's acquisition of YSL Beaute, the division's European business will now be split between the Lassigny, Caudry and Gauchy plants, the company said in a statement on Friday.
L'Oreal also plans to set up an international logistics center in Roye, northern France, during the fourth quarter of 2010.
There will be no job cuts in France, where L'Oreal employs over 13,000 people.
