Russian bank balances fall to 394.8 bln rbls

MOSCOW, Aug 17 (Reuters) - Banks' balances in their correspondent accounts at the Russian central bank fell to 394.8 billion roubles on Monday from 442.7 billion roubles in the previous session, the central bank said.
