FRANKFURT, Nov 23 (Reuters) - The DAX top-30 index looked set to open 0.9 percent higher on Monday, according to premarket data from brokers at 0723 GMT.
The following are some of the factors that may move German stocks on Friday (share price indications at 0717 GMT):
DEUTSCHE TELEKOM
Indicated 0.7 percent higher
German mobile operator O2 plans to end its roaming agreement with Deutsche Telekom unit T-mobile at year end, O2's German head told a German newspaper.
Deutsche Telekom CEO Rene Obermann said in an interview with Handelsblatt reiterated his stance that with changes in technology more jobs will be cut . He also said that the company did not need a major transaction in the US to secure future growth.

Indicated 1 percent higher
Qatar aims to have most of a 17 billion euro rail project with Deutsche Bahn built by 2022, officials said on Sunday after signing one of the biggest-ever foreign deals for German industry.. German media have reported that the deal would likely Siemens in supplying trains and the German building industry in the construction of the rail network.
Separately, Nokia Siemens Networks said on Monday that it had lost the auction for Nortel assets. Winning the auction for these Nortel assets would have helped Nokia Siemens, a 50-50 joint venture of Nokia and Siemens, expand its U.S. presence.

VW seen up 0.4 percent, Porsche seen 0.5 percent higher.
VW said on Sunday it plans to more than triple its sales in south China to over half a million vehicles by 2018 as part its strategy to double its sales to 2 million units in mainland China and Hong Kong by that time.
The supervisory board of indebted automotive holding Porsche SE signed off on a contract to merge with its majority-owned, cash-rich subsidiary Volkswagen by 2011, Porsche said on Friday.
