* ,weyerhaeuser co say they signed strategic memorandum of understanding
(mou) to explore possibilities of collaborating in biomass-to-energy
* ,weyerhaeuser co say interested in assessing feasibility of jointly
investing in U.S. bio-pellet production facility by 2011
* ,weyerhaeuser co say depending on the feasibility study more
facilities could follow
* ,weyerhaeuser co say the bio-pellets will be produced using wood based
biomass from U.S.-sourced sustainably managed forest resources
* ,weyerhaeuser co say the bio-pellets could be sold to utilities and
industrial users for energy production
