The investment banking firm appointed Ivo Distelbrink as managing director, Asia Head of Global Treasury Services, effective March 2010. It also appointed Rick Maloney as the business performance and development executive for Asia Pacific.
PICTET & CIE
The Geneva based private bank said Ivan Pictet, senior managing partner since 2005, will be stepping down with effect from June 30. Marc Pictet and Bertrand Demole will join the partnership on Jan. 1, 2011.
SVG CAPITAL
The private equity investor said Andrew Sykes will be joining its board as an independent non-executive director with effect from Feb. 8.
TULLETT PREBON
The inter-dealer money broker appointed Kim Sullivan to its alternative investments desk as a senior associate. Kim will be responsible for originating transactions in Western Europe and developing the teams network.
