KUWAIT, May 16 (Reuters) - The Kuwaiti bourse suspended trading in the shares of Global Investment House, for failing to release its first-quarter results on time.
The bourse suspended trading in 21 other firms, it said in a statement on Sunday.
Trading in Global's shares will resume once the firm releases its results.
Stocks have previously been halted for several days in the Kuwaiti bourse because companies had not published earnings. Trading usually resumes minutes after posting the financial results on the bourse website.
