AXA Private Equity said it had signed an agreement to buy a majority stake in online travel agent Go Voyages from Groupe Arnault and Belgium's Companie Nationale a Portefeuille . A source close to the deal said Go Voyages was bought for an enterprise value of 400 million euros.

Total Petrochemicals reported intermittent plantwide flaring at its 232,000 barrel per day Port Arthur, Texas, refinery, according to a notice filed on Monday with Texas pollution regulators.
EADS
Boeing Co said it would boost production of its narrow-body 737 model to 34 aircraft per month, citing strong demand from airlines as they rebound from a steep downturn in 2008 and 2009.
Boeing also said it intends to bid in a multibillion-dollar U.S. Air Force refueling plane competition although it remains concerned that rival bidder EADS could have an advantage in the competition because of government subsidies.

The Belgian holding company said that the UK Financial Services Authority and the Guernsey Financial Services Commission had approved its purchase of Kleinwort Benson from Commerzbank. It expects the change of control to take place in July.
