Hutchsion says sees good growth, financially sound

HONG KONG, Aug 5 (Reuters) - Hutchison Whampoa Ltd said on Thursday it saw good growth prospects and was financially sound, and eyeing safe acquisitions.

'We see good growth even without acquisitions,' chairman Li Ka-shing told reporters.

Hutchison has HK$106 billion cash in hand.
