PARIS (dpa-AFX) - Franco-Dutch carrier Air France-KLM (AFLYY.PK, AFRAF.PK) reported a 0.1 percent decline in group passenger traffic, with a 0.8 percent increase in capacity for the month of January 2015. Load factor for the month edged down by 0.8 points to 82.4 percent.
For the month, total group traffic declined marginally to 18.95 billion revenue pax-kilometers or RPK from 18.98 billion RPK last year. However, monthly available seat-kilometers or ASK, a gauge for capacity, rose 0.8% year-over-year to 22.99 billion, from 22.81 billion.
The company carried 6.19 million passengers in the month of January 2015, a growth of 1.4 percent year-on-year.
