MADRID (AFX) - Abengoa SA said its bioenergy unit Abengoa Bioenergia has acquired 10 pct of US diesel fuel company O2Diesel for 3 mln eur, in a move aimed at jointly developing the combined ethanol-gasoline market in Europe.
In a statement, the unit's chairman and CEO Javier Salgado called the deal "a great growth opportunity for bioethanol."
