CoActive Marketing Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: CMKG), an
independent marketing, sales promotion and interactive services
company, announced today that its independent auditors, BDO Seidman,
LLP, were resigning effective upon the completion of their review of
the Company's financial statements for its first fiscal quarter ended
June 30, 2006. BDO's decision was not the result of any disagreement
with respect to the Company's presentation of its financial statements
or its application of accounting principles.
The Company has commenced the process of selecting new auditors, and after completion of a thorough selection process, expects to retain an independent auditing firm of integrity that will provide the Company and its stockholders with quality auditing services consistent with its high standards. The Company anticipates that the replacement of BDO will not result in any delay in its periodic filings with the SEC.
