Republic Airways Holdings (NASDAQ:RJET), announced
today the following appointments to its senior leadership team:
Mr. Thomas Duffy Jr. has been promoted to the position of Vice President of Technical Services. Duffy joined Chautauqua Airlines in 2002 as Director of Quality Control and was promoted to Managing Director of Technical Services for Republic Airways in 2005. Prior to joining Chautauqua, Duffy held senior management positions at Midway Airlines and Lockheed and is a licensed A&P.
Mr. Jeffery H. Domrese has been promoted to the position of Vice President of Maintenance. Domrese joined Chautauqua Airlines in 2000 as Director of Maintenance and was promoted to Managing Director of Maintenance for Republic Airways in 2005. Prior to joining Chautauqua, Domrese held Director of Maintenance positions at Merlin Express and Aspen Mountain Air. Domrese is a licensed A&P and an Air Force veteran.
Mr. Paul K. Kinstedt has been promoted to the position of Vice President of System Control. Kinstedt joined Chautauqua Airlines in 2002 as Director of System Operations Control and was promoted to Managing Director of System Operations for Republic Airways in 2005. Prior to joining Chautauqua, Kinstedt held senior operational management positions at Midway Airlines. Kinstedt is a commercial pilot and licensed Dispatcher and obtained his MBA from Illinois Benedictine College.
Mr. Gary Weatherlow has been promoted to the position of Director of Crew Resources. Weatherlow joined Chautauqua Airlines in 2000 as Manager of Crew Planning. Prior to joining Chautauqua, Weatherlow held senior crew planning positions at CCAir and Allegany Airlines.
All will continue to report to Wayne C. Heller, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. "These gentlemen have and will continue to play an important role in implementing our growth plan.
