Power and Associates in their 2006 Major Home Appliance Study. Bosch earned the highest ranking among dishwasher and clothes dryer manufacturers due to its overall customer satisfaction in functionality and performance, especially in the area of energy efficiency.
While this is the second annual J.D. Power and Associates home appliance study, this is the first time they have examined customer satisfaction with laundry appliances.

While operational performance was a key factor in Bosch ranking the highest, its dishwasher owners also noted satisfaction with the quietness of the product during use, another of its major hallmarks in the industry, and they reported fewer problems than other competitive brands. In addition, Bosch dryer owners noted its ability to leave clothes dry and wrinkle-free, excellent energy efficiency and low noise level during operation. The dryers also received high marks for aesthetic design, color and finishes, and the length and scope of the warranty.
Bosch Dishwashers
