"Optim's enterprise data management and database archiving capabilities have allowed us to manage continued data growth and meet service-level objectives in our PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM environment, commented Robert Skaljin, IT Manager at Toronto Dominion Bank. "If companies are looking for ways to improve application performance and reduce time for processing, maintenance and backup activities, then Optim is a robust solution for accomplishing those goals.
Optim PeopleSoft Enteprise Solution, Version 4.0, provides expanded support for using archive templates across PeopleSoft Enterprise Financial Management and Supply Chain Management modules V8.9, V8.8 and V8.4. Optim provides expanded support for using archive templates across PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM modules V8.9, V8.8 and V8.3. PeopleSoft sites can take advantage of support for version currency and keep pace with application deployment.
"As sites progress to newer versions of ERP and CRM applications, they should look for validated data management solutions that streamline upgrade projects and ensure consistent transaction retention and facilitate access across all application versions, said Yvonne Genovese, Vice President Distinguished Analyst at Gartner.
Obtaining Oracle's validation of our integration to PeopleSoft Enterprise and other ERP and CRM applications in Oracle's portfolio of solutions is no small accomplishment. To achieve integration validation, the Optim PeopleSoft Enterprise Solution had to successfully pass Oracle's rigorous review and testing procedures to ensure seamless integration and accurate archiving across key business processes.
"As a Certified Advantage Partner in the Oracle PartnerNetwork, Princeton Softech has delivered enterprise management solutions that continue to meet our high standards for integration validation, said Tom Herrmann, Vice President, ISV Management and Programs at Oracle. "By controlling costs and facilitating application upgrades, Optim helps our customers get the most value from their investment in Oracle's PeopleSoft Enterprise.
Using PeopleSoft pages, sites specify archive criteria, such as pay date or transaction status. Optim applies PeopleSoft-specific functional condition checks, ensuring that each archived transaction record represents a historical reference snapshot of business activity. Sites can easily access, query and report on archived records by means of the familiar PeopleSoft Enterprise interface.
Princeton Softech Optim scales across the entire Oracle technology stack, including Oracle® E-Business Suite and Oracle's PeopleSoft Enterprise, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and Siebel, and custom and packaged applications built upon Oracle databases. With access to standalone archives at every stage in the lifecycle, Optim offers Oracle sites a safe, secure deployment path across to application versions, including Fusion applications.
