Guidance Software Vice President and Deputy General Counsel Patrick Zeller to Take Part in Interactive Theater in the Round Panel Examining Current eDiscovery Issues
Guidance Software Inc. (NASDAQ:GUID), the World Leader in Digital Investigations™, today announced that Patrick Zeller, Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Guidance Software, will participate in the Theater in the Round Panel at the Gartner Compliance & Risk Management Summit on Friday, May 1, 2009.
Using the Gartner Theatre in the Round format, a hypothetical case study will be presented to the audience in the metaphor of a television newscast. Following the newscast, a panel of experts and the audience will explore the issues and “work” the case study to a possible conclusion.
“The Theater in the Round Panel will be a highlight of Gartner’s e-Discovery workshop and is a creative approach to examining key issues related to eDiscovery,” said Patrick Zeller, Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Guidance Software. “This innovative panel will provide attendees with a fresh perspective on the pressing eDiscovery and compliance issues facing legal and IT departments today.”
