The Conference Will Be Focused on Trendsetters in Digital Music, Success & Strategies in the Music Industry and Web Content Creators
Variety President Neil Stiles and Dick Clark Productions President Orly Adelson are pleased to announce the inaugural American Music Conference luncheon on Nov. 18 at the Nokia L.A. Live Theatre in Los Angeles.
The luncheon, taking place at the venue's Event Deck and powered by AEG, is tied to dcp's "2011 American Music Awards" which rolls out at Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on Nov. 20th. Its program will feature leaders from labels, digital music services, artist/manager and touring communities exploring how best to advance and grow the music industry.
The American Music Conference will feature the panel discussions: 'State of the Business: Success and Strategies for Making the Most in the Music Industry' and 'Trendsetters in Digital Music: Who is Succeeding Across the New Platforms and Devices?"
There will also be a one-on-one conversation with CAA's Rod Essig. He is presently the responsible agent for some of the biggest names in music including Heart, Jana Kramer, Julianne Hough, Kristin Chenoweth, LeAnn Rimes, Martina McBride, Phil Vassar, REO Speedwagon, Styx, and Tim McGraw.
