Blacklane GmbH: Blacklane now offers its service in Prague and Copenhagen! The limousine and chauffeur service Blacklane expands its areas of operation in Europe (news with additional features)

(DGAP-Media / 16.08.2013 / 11:00)

Following the tremendous success in Europe, Asia and the United States
including launches in London, New York, Hong Kong and Singapore, Blacklane
is now focusing again on extending their limousine service in Europe's
diverse capitals. Blacklane offers a new alternative in daily
transportation needs, providing airport transfers as well as a limousine
service suited to between-meeting ferrying or even sightseeing.

'Blacklane offers its service where its customers need and want to travel,'
explains Dr. Jens Wohltorf, co-founder of Blacklane, adding, 'We are on the
way to becoming their number one international companion for their entire
journey.' Prague and Copenhagen are not just beautiful cities, but also
important economic hubs. 'Not a week passes without customers encouraging
us to reach out to their most-visited destinations, and we are aiming to
become available in all important cities in Europe,' Wohltorf says.

Copenhagen is the capital of Denmark as well as its cultural and economic
heart. With a history reaching back to the 10th century A.D., the former
Viking village developed into a sprawling metropolis and a leading research
center in biotech and I.T. Copenhagen's Kastrup Airport is by far the
busiest in Scandinavia, welcoming over 20 million passengers every year.
Blacklane offers not only a limousine service in the city but also airport
transfers, with a meet-and-greet chauffeur service directly at the arrival
gate.

Having decided to launch its service in Prague, Blacklane makes it clear
that even the east European cities won't be forgotten. Featuring some of
the best preserved buildings in Europe, with many dating back to the Roman
Empire, Prague has been among the leading destinations for culture-savvy
travelers for decades and remains one of Europe's top destinations. But
modern Prague has more to offer than just its history: in a 2010 survey,
the city was named 'The best city in Eastern Europe for Business,' with a
thriving economy and a drive for innovation. 'We are pretty sure that
Prague needs a limousine service like Blacklane. Business travelers and
tourists alike are looking for a reliable and comfortable way to get from
the airport to their hotel or meeting,' says Wohltorf, continuing 'We offer
the best alternative to taking a taxi'.

Having received overwhelmingly positive feedback wherever it launches, the
company is firmly establishing itself as one of the leading international
players in the limousine service industry. 'Local providers welcome us
wherever we show up, knowing that we'll add to their revenue instead of
diminishing it.'

Bookings can be made around the clock either online at
www.blacklane.com/en or using the 'Blacklane' smartphone app. After
specifying their pickup location and booking period or desired destination,
customers can choose from one of three classes of vehicles (Business Class,
Business Van/SUV, First Class) at a binding, fixed price including all
taxes and fees. Cars can be booked up to fifteen minutes before the
customer's required pickup time.

After booking, customers receive a confirmation of their reservation as
well as their chauffeur's contact details. Payments can be made by credit
or debit card and, for companies, can be billed on a monthly basis. All of
your invoices can easily be downloaded from your MyBlacklane account, which
gives you a perfect overview of your rides.

Blacklane limousines can now be booked in 18 countries: Austria, Belgium,
China (incl. Hong Kong and Macau), Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark,
France, Germany, Italy, Malaysia, the Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland,
Thailand, Turkey, the U.K., the United Arab Emirates and the U.S.
