WASHINGTON (dpa-AFX) - Bemis Company, Inc.(BMS), Thursday said its Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Scott Ullem resigned, to pursue other professional opportunities. The company has begun a search for the permanent replacement, until which Jerry Krempa, Vice President and Controller, will also serve as the company's principal financial officer, with effect immediately. Ullem will continue as an employee through the end of the year to provide for a smooth transition, the company said.
Founded in 1858, Bemis Company is a supplier of packaging and pressure sensitive materials used by leading food, consumer products, healthcare, and other companies worldwide.
