Notice of change of ownership of RusHydro shares
December 21, 2018. Moscow, Russia. PJSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE:
HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces the sale of its shares owned by JSC RAO ES
East, member of RusHydro Group, in total amount of 948 ordinary shares.
The number of RAO ES East's shares in the Company's share capital decreased
from 48,512,935 (or 0.0113803% of the current share capital) to 48,511,987
(or 0.0113801% of the current share capital).
The transaction took place on December 20, 2018.
