HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces that its Annual Report 2018 has been submitted
to the National Storage Mechanism (NSM) of the Financial Conduct Authority
(FCA) on April 30, 2019.

RusHydro's Annual report for 2018 is a subject to preliminary approval of
the Board of Directors and final approval of the Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders.
