Hamilton, Bermuda, June 21, 2019 - Seadrill Limited (the "Company") has distributed written resolutions to its shareholders to increase the Board of Directors back to seven seats after it falls to six on July 2, 2019 and for the Directors to fill the newly created seat.
The request is being made to shareholders of record on June 13, 2019.
