Information on the new business direction:
ESG EKO AGRO Group AG (the "Company" or "ESG EAG") is now mainly active in the development and management of agricultural projects, based upon the ESG ethic principles and the 17 "Millenium Development Goals" established by the United Nations through the initiative "Building a better world".
ESG EAG's intention is to build and control an integrated chain of agricultural production 'from the seeds to the final product' ensuring quality, transparency and traceability in every step of the way.
Through the acquisition of 'agro brown fields', ESG EAG's highly qualified engineers use the Company's own protocol to create a new agricultural production system. Such protocol respects the very nature of agriculture by producing without any use of pesticides, additives or other chemical elements, and ensures the freshness of the product to the consumer through its own exclusive packaging technology.

In such manner, the Company will offer fresh products that have a longer shelf life than other fresh produce currently on the market, and, just as equally important, minimizes waste and provides detailed information to the consumer regarding both the products' quality and traceability.

Currently, ESG EAG has secured more than 6,000 hectares of high quality lands located in Italy, precisely in the regions of Tuscany, Marche, Campania, Lazio and Sardinia.

Through its subsidiary, ESG EKO AGRO Italia, the Company is about to sign consortium agreements with local landowners for the use of further 10,000 hectares of lands.

Following the very restrictive National System Quality Integrated Production (SQPNI) standards and the National Quality Zootechnical System (SQNZ), the entire structure applies a very specific designed protocol conducive to fully respecting and safeguarding the environment, livestock, and workers.

The development program sees the requalification of all the sites owned, and the relevant production lines delivering more than 500 million packaged products annually, starting from Q3 2020.

In addition, the Company directly produce and distribute its own green energy for the needs and purposes of the lands within the group of consortiums.
