          Announcement of the dividend payment 
 
    St. Petersburg, Russia - 17 November 2020 - PJSC LSR Group ("LSR" or the 
          "Company") (LSE: LSRG; MOEX: LSRG), one of the leading real estate 
 developers and building materials producers in Russia, announces that today 
the Company distributed dividends for the first six months of the year 2020, 
     in accordance with the previous resolution of the Extraordinary General 
                  Meeting of Shareholders ("EGM") held on 30 September 2020. 
 
                    The EGM resolved to: 
 
  1) Approve a dividend payment of RUB 2,061 million or RUB 20 per ordinary 
  share for the first half of 2020. Shareholders registered at the record 
  date of 12 October 2020 were entitled to receive a dividend payment.
