(CSE:NLR)(the "Company") announce that it has granted an aggregate of 2,000,000 incentive stock options ("Stock Options") under the Company's stock option plan to directors, officers and consultants of the company exercisable at a price of $0.07 per share for a period of five years expiring December 10, 2025.
The Stock Options are subject to vesting restrictions such that 25% will vest 3 months after the date of grant with an additional 25% every three months thereafter.
